Key improvements including a complete mobile homepage redesign, featuring a top promo banner, re-styled header, new booking panel, and dedicated offer modules. Rooms landing page was rebuild with improved filters and consistent layouts across all devices. Enhanced upsell interface with new imagery which drove a 48%year-on-year increase in extras revenue. Page Speed Insights scores surged from57 to 81 (mobile) and from 68 to 98 (desktop). Accessibility score reached 96and an SEO score of 100 was achieved, improving user experience and organic reach.
Marketing Strategy
Seasonal offers were central to the campaign’s success, with themed packages driving strong engagement and conversions. Seasonal campaigns accounted for 38% of total revenue and 50% of room night sales. Targeted flash sales successfully boosted short-term pick-up during key booking windows. A new “Sign up for exclusive discounts” feature further contributed to measurable uplift in bookings and engagement.

Continued success with Brand campaigns, alongside early Google Performance Max testing showing highly positive results.
SEO Performance
Overall visibility increased to 23.4%, outperforming all key competitors in the local market. Dedicated landing pages, including Last Minute Hotel Offers, saw consistent growth in impressions and click-through rates quarter-on-quarter.
