A bespoke website and the Aró Hotel Booking Engine was launched in May 2023, laying the foundation for a high-performing digital channel focused on premium guest conversion. Pembroke Kilkenny achieved substantial growth in 2023 and came in 42% ahead YOY in 2024.
Entering 2025 with ambitious goals - including ADR growth and increased direct channel profitability - the Pembroke and Aró teams aligned around a strategy focussed on premium positioning and commercial performance. Q1 2025 Results included Direct Revenue: +12% YOY with the Aró Hotel Booking engine was the top-performing revenue channel, Voucher Revenue +57% YOY, driven by a highly effective Mother's Day campaign & Paid Ads (PPC): +35% YOY with a 20:1 ROAS.
