The design process focused on the purchase path to increase bookings online. The room pages showcase the luxurious interiors and highlight specific room features. Users are drawn directly to the booking engine with dominant book now buttons.

Improved the hotel's visibility online and captured new visitors. Capitalised on research that uncovered a demand for weddings and dining facilities, bringing new traffic to the website.

Set up Google My Business listings contributing to organic traffic and revenue. After fixing incorrect listings, the hotel began to accumulate Google reviews, which helped grow the hotel's presence in local search. 

Kicked off effective and engaging email marketing campaigns with a focus on offer-specific, clear messaging. Using conversion optimised templates, email marketing has grown steadily as a major contributing channel to online revenues. 

We achieved a good return on investment in Aró's SEO with our site ranking on top positions for all the services that our hotel provides. Our new website achieved its goal and beyond.
